MAB unifies new-build businesses under Meridian

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) has completed the integration of three specialist new-build businesses to create a single proposition under the Meridian Group.

Meridian Mortgages, William Lowden and Evolve Financial Solutions become one operating entity following an integration programme that began after MAB acquired the businesses fully in September 2025.

The three firms previously operated as part-owned MAB businesses, with the latest milestone completing the final phase of their integration.

MAB says the combined operation creates a significantly larger new-build business, bringing together local relationships, specialist expertise and technology-enabled mortgage advice.

STRONGER DATA AND TECHNOLOGY

The enlarged Meridian Group uses its combined dataset to improve the experience for housebuilders, developers and homebuyers.

MAB also expects the integration to strengthen its influence within the new-build market and provide a platform for sustainable growth in the specialist sector.

Existing advisers and employees remain within the integrated team, retaining the expertise and relationships developed by each of the three businesses.
