Together loan book hits record £8.5bn as profits reach £223m

Together has grown its loan book to a record £8.5bn after writing £3.5bn of new loans during its latest financial year.

The specialist property lender reports underlying profit before tax of £222.5m for the year to 30 June 2026, while its net loan book increased by 8%.

Average monthly lending reached £291.4m, up 10.5% compared with June 2025, with the £3.5bn of new lending representing a record for the group.

Together, which provides bridging, development, auction and other property finance alongside residential and commercial mortgages, generated £878.1m in interest during the year, up 1.2%.

£3BN FUNDING ACTIVITY

The group recorded £3.7bn of cash receipts following a strong year for loan redemptions.

It also raised, refinanced or increased £3bn of funding across nine securitisations during the 12 months as it continued to develop its funding platform.

Together invested in its sales and operations capabilities, data and technology during the year, with a new lending platform moving into the testing and refinement phase.

The lender also launched a targeted semi-commercial proposition as part of the continued development of its product range.
