Together appoints London private client director

Together has appointed Graham Noctor as its first regional private client director for London and the South.

Noctor brings three decades of mortgage market experience and is responsible for providing personal finance solutions to high-net-worth individuals across the capital and surrounding regions.

He also promotes Together’s proposition to professional introducers, offering products including mortgages, regulated bridging finance and second charge loans.

Noctor reports to Scott Clay, private client director at Together.

EXPERIENCE IN HNW FINANCE

Noctor begins his career as a mortgage adviser at Barclays and financial planning manager at HSBC before becoming associate director at Kingsway Mortgages.

He later establishes and grows Metro Bank’s mortgage department, arranging its first lending transaction, and subsequently becomes the bank’s private clients director.

His experience includes managing more than 100 personal and business accounts for sportspeople, film directors, entertainers and musicians with net worth of more than £1m.

Noctor also holds roles at Thomas St John Group, SS&C Technologies and Virgin Red. He joins Together from Handelsbanken, where he spends four years developing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and introducer relationships.

COMPLEX INCOME STREAMS

Noctor says: “While Together has seen phenomenal growth over its 53 years in business, this will be the first role for a dedicated director for London and the South specifically to meet the needs of HNW individuals in the Capital and surrounding regions.

“For me, it’s a fantastic opportunity to build on my existing connections, providing even more HNW clients with the rapid finance decisions they’re looking for.

“Despite their wealth, many may find themselves locked out of the mainstream mortgage market due to complex income streams. For example, they may be buying a unique high-value property or simply be considered too complex a borrower for the automated systems used by some banks and building societies to process.

“At Together, we’re able to look at the whole range of financial solutions available for these entrepreneurial clients to achieve their property ambitions.”

LONDON GROWTH AMBITIONS

Clay adds: “Graham has spent his entire career forging strong relationships with introducers and HNW clients across a wide geographical region and various industry sectors, so we’re delighted to welcome him to a new role at Together.

“There is a huge demand for high-value finance in London and the South, and this is a key region for Together as we continue to provide fast and flexible finance to even more clients across the UK. Graham’s experience, knowledge and skills will be of huge benefit in realising our growth ambitions.”
