Angel Property Finance becomes BDLA lender member

Angel Property Finance has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as a lender member.

The specialist lender provides bespoke finance for residential and commercial property transactions.

Angel Property Finance said it draws on its team’s experience in banking, property and specialist lending to offer flexible funding tailored to individual transactions. It provides borrowers and property professionals with a personal service throughout the lending process.

The BDLA represents bridging and development lenders and their customers in the UK. It has more than 100 lender and associate members, with its lender members holding a combined loan book of more than £11.5 billion.
