Hope Capital Property Finance has opened a 10,000 sq ft headquarters at Alaska House in Liverpool following an investment in its premises.
The specialist finance company was established in 2011 in a 900 sq ft office and has remained in the Liverpool area as it has expanded.
Hope Capital moved to a 3,000 sq ft office at Alaska House in 2018, when it employed nine people. Following a rebrand in 2025, the business now has 45 employees and describes itself as the area’s largest privately owned specialist finance company.
The new office includes an auditorium, meeting spaces, video-call booths, a media room and social areas, including a bar.

The lender says it has recruited experienced professionals from Barclays, Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland as it has expanded its specialist finance team.

The refurbishment was carried out by North West construction company Mountain Earth.
