Watts Commercial Finance has celebrated its 20th anniversary, marking two decades since the commercial finance brokerage was established in Cheshire.
The firm officially reached the milestone on 11 September and marked the anniversary with an event for staff and lending partners at Combermere Abbey in Cheshire.
During the past two decades, Watts Commercial has expanded its team and geographical reach to provide commercial and property finance to businesses, developers and investors across the UK.
The brokerage is now part of Pivotal Group and works with lenders across commercial mortgages, bridging, development and wider business finance.
TWO DECADES OF GROWTH
Watts Commercial has won Commercial Mortgage Introducer of the Year at the Business Moneyfacts Awards for nine consecutive years, alongside recognition at the NACFB Commercial Broker Awards.
Managing director Phil Gray credits the firm’s growth to its staff and the relationships it has developed with lenders, introducers and clients.

CHARITY SUPPORT
The anniversary event also raised funds for The Joshua Tree, Watts Commercial’s charity partner, which supports families affected by childhood cancers.
Guests took part in a prize draw for an 18-carat white-gold trilogy diamond pendant donated by John Pass Jewellers.
Shawbrook Bank sponsored the drinks reception, while Together sponsored the evening’s entertainment.
