Paragon backs probate lender with eight-figure funding deal

Paragon Bank has agreed an eight-figure funding facility with probate lender Advanced Inheritance as the specialist finance provider targets further growth.

The facility, provided through Paragon’s Structured Lending division, will support Advanced Inheritance as it looks to double its lending volumes year-on-year during 2026.

Advanced Inheritance provides loans to beneficiaries and executors during the administration of an estate, allowing customers to access funds before the estate is ready to make distributions.

There are no regular borrower repayments and the loans have no fixed term, with repayment made by the estate once it is able to distribute funds.

SPECIALIST FUNDING

Paragon’s Structured Lending division provides facilities of between £5m and £35m to UK non-bank lenders across markets including property, SME finance, asset finance, automotive lending and retail point-of-sale finance.
