Signature Property Finance has appointed Olive Bainbridge (main picture) as sales and marketing lead as the lender continues to invest in growth across the bridging and development finance sectors.
The appointment follows a series of recent hires at the business and reflects the increasing focus lenders are placing on broker engagement, brand visibility and relationship management as competition intensifies across the specialist finance market.
Bainbridge joins with experience spanning business operations, communications and stakeholder engagement within the property sector, having worked closely with senior leadership teams and growth-focused businesses.
Signature says the role will focus on client engagement, brand development and supporting its growing team of relationship managers, while helping expand the lender’s events programme and broker-facing activity.
