Roma Finance has appointed Paula Dowson as national account manager as the specialist lender expands its broker relationships across Britain.
Dowson (pictured) joins from Landbay, where she was senior regional account manager, and has more than 25 years’ experience in the lending industry. She has previously held roles at Castle Trust Bank, Glenhawk and Together.
She will work with intermediaries across England, Scotland and Wales, seeking new business and helping brokers access Roma’s bridging, development and longer-term property finance products.
The appointment follows the completion of a new funding line and the launch of Roma’s commercial mortgage proposition. The lender has expanded its workforce over the past year and said further appointments were planned.
