Quantum Mortgages has appointed Arnold Enefé as head of bridging finance as it looks to strengthen its specialist lending proposition.
Enefé (pictured) joins the lender after eight years at LendInvest, where he most recently worked as bridging operations manager.
Quantum said he had built strong relationships with intermediaries and industry peers during his time at the lender, with experience across bridging finance and broker-facing operations.
In his new role, Enefé will lead the development and delivery of Quantum Mortgages’ bridging finance strategy, working with intermediaries on short-term finance cases.
