Masthaven Finance has appointed Viki Springall to a newly created marketing leadership role as the specialist lender expands its team and develops its intermediary proposition.
Springall (pictured) returns to the business as director of marketing, having most recently been group marketing director at OSB Group, where she oversaw marketing activity across its specialist lending and savings brands.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, with a particular focus on specialist lending, mortgages and intermediary marketing.
Her responsibilities at Masthaven will include brand development, proposition marketing and communications, with an emphasis on strengthening the lender’s relationships with mortgage brokers.
The appointment follows a period of recruitment at Masthaven, which has added 17 employees across its sales, lending and servicing operations since January 2026.
The lender has also featured in the Financial Times’ ranking of the UK’s fastest-growing companies.
Springall says: “I’m delighted to be returning to Masthaven and to be joining the business at such an exciting time.
“Having previously worked here, I know the strength of the team, the expertise within the business and the strong relationships Masthaven has built across the intermediary market.
“The specialist lending market continues to evolve, and there is a real opportunity for Masthaven to build on its strengths while making it even easier for brokers to understand and access our proposition.”
Andrew Bloom, chief executive officer at Masthaven Finance, says: “We are delighted to welcome Viki back to Masthaven. Her extensive experience across specialist lending and marketing, combined with her knowledge of the business and the intermediary market, makes her a fantastic addition to the team.
“Viki will play an important role in supporting our growth ambitions and ensuring our marketing strategy continues to reflect the needs of our brokers and customers.”
