Alternative Bridging Corporation is holding a webinar on 22 October to explain its commercial mortgage application process and demonstrate the functionality of its new broker portal.
The 30-minute session, running from 11am to 11.30am, will cover how intermediaries can obtain an agreement in principle, submit applications and manage cases through the Alternative Commercial Mortgages (ACM) platform.
The webinar follows Alternative Bridging’s expansion into longer-term mortgage lending in September, when it launched ACM to provide finance for commercial, semi-commercial and residential buy-to-let properties.
Paul Gavin, head of sales, and Radhika Patel, internal business development manager at Alternative Bridging Corporation, will host the session and provide a live demonstration of the portal.
The presentation will also explain how brokers can access the lender’s team directly when applications require further discussion or more detailed assessment.
Gavin says: “Commercial mortgages can involve a lot of moving parts, so we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible for brokers from the moment they bring us a case.
“This webinar gives us the chance to take brokers through that process from start to finish. We’ll show them how the ACM portal works, but just as importantly, explain how it fits with the support they receive from our team and how they can speak to us when a case needs a more detailed discussion.
