Bridging Intelligence Initiative to focus on two-way broker conversation

The Bridging Intelligence Initiative, a collaboration between Bridging Soup and Momenti Group, has been relaunched with an enhanced proposition designed to make the programme more genuinely two-way between bridging lenders and brokers.

The Initiative combines actionable broker insight with content that is designed to be human and helpful. It effectively creates a two-way communication between brokers and lenders.

Robin Hall, co-founder & director at Opus First Media, publisher of Bridging Soup, says: “After we announced the Initiative earlier in the year, it became clear just how much brokers wanted their voice heard.

“But they also wanted lenders to talk to them differently – showing how they help, not just pushing product features. So, we took the decision to adapt it and build something that genuinely benefits both brokers and lenders.”

A core part of the enhanced research will help participating lenders understand their Mental Availability – essentially, how likely they are to be thought of by brokers at the moment a relevant case arises.

By exploring why, when and how brokers think of different lenders, the Initiative aims to help participants become front of mind with more brokers, more often.

Jeff Knight, director at Momenti Group adds: “The bridging market is different to every other sector. What drives lender choice is different. Brand loyalty is different.

“How you build mental availability is different. Relationships are everything. Through this Initiative, we’ll uncover insights that genuinely help lenders — and share findings that help brokers too.”

The Bridging Intelligence Initiative runs as a 12-month programme, with three ways for lenders to take part – Intelligence Partner, Growth Partner and Relationship Partner – each combining broker research with opportunities to build visibility and relationships with brokers.
