Colenko has strengthened its business development team with the appointment of Kendyl Binnie as business development manager for the Midlands.
Binnie (main picture) joins the specialist finance firm with experience spanning compliance, mortgage advice and specialist property finance, having worked with brokers, introducers and property investors since entering the industry in 2019.
Most recently, she served as head of bridging and commercial at Ingard, where she trained more than 80 appointed representatives in specialist finance and supported firms in expanding their bridging and commercial lending propositions.
Earlier in her career, she qualified as a CeMAP adviser, working with high-net-worth and expatriate clients before establishing her own business supporting buy-to-let investors.
SPECIALIST SOLUTIONS
In her new role, Binnie will work with brokers and introducers across the Midlands, helping them access specialist funding solutions while growing Colenko’s presence in the region.
