Black & White Bridging has appointed Stuart Benge as relationship director for the Midlands as it continues its national expansion.
Benge (pictured) joins the bridging lender with more than 30 years’ experience in sales and relationship management roles.
He has previously worked at Hodge, Assetz Capital and Norwich & Peterborough Building Society.
The lender has also strengthened its operations team with the appointment of Jithin Saju as data analyst.
The appointments follow a period of growth for Black & White Bridging, which said it is approaching half a billion pounds of lending and has completed more than 750 deals since launching in 2021.
The company also recently opened its new £1m headquarters in Bristol.
