Pluto Finance has relaunched its bridging proposition with a dedicated team targeting loans between £1 million and £10 million, alongside operational changes aimed at improving speed of service for brokers.
The specialist lender said the refreshed proposition follows a review led by lending director Darius Shekarrizi and is intended to strengthen its presence in the mid-market bridging sector.
The changes include faster turnaround times for indicative terms, quicker responses throughout the lending process and a revised panel of solicitors and surveyors to help streamline cases from enquiry to completion.
Although Pluto Finance has traditionally been associated with larger and more complex real estate transactions, the lender said the relaunch is designed to highlight its appetite for bridging loans between £1 million and £10 million.
The proposition offers loans from £1 million to £10 million at up to 75% loan-to-value across residential and commercial assets. Rates start from 0.58% a month, with terms of up to 36 months and no early repayment charges.
Funding is available for acquisitions, bridge-to-sale and bridge-to-refinance strategies, refurbishment schemes, regeneration projects and portfolio transactions.
The lender said the proposition is supported by institutional funding and its underwriting team to provide certainty of funding and quicker lending decisions.
Darius Shekarrizi (pictured), lending director at Pluto Finance, says: “When I joined Pluto, one of my priorities was to look at how we could build on the business’s outstanding reputation while making it even easier for brokers to work with us.
“Pluto has long been recognised for delivering larger, more complex transactions, but there is a significant opportunity to support brokers on deals between £1 million and £10 million with the same certainty of funding, commercial approach and quality of execution.
“We’ve reviewed every stage of the process, investing in specialist resource, strengthening our professional panel and improving the speed at which we engage with brokers.
“The result is a proposition that’s quicker, more responsive and built around the expectations of today’s bridging market.
“Our ambition is simple: when brokers are looking for funding from £1 million upwards, we want Pluto to be one of the first lenders they think of.”
Justin Faiz, chief executive and co-founder of Pluto Finance, adds: “Darius has brought real momentum to our bridging business. His experience, market insight and relationships have helped shape a proposition that not only enhances the service we provide but also broadens how brokers view Pluto Finance.
“We’ve invested in the right people, processes and professional partnerships to deliver a proposition that matches the pace of the modern bridging market while maintaining the disciplined underwriting and institutional backing that have always set Pluto apart.
“This relaunch reinforces that Pluto is not just a lender for landmark transactions.
“We’re equally focused on providing exceptional support for the £1 million to £10 million market, where brokers are looking for speed, certainty and a lender that understands how to get deals done.”
