Glenhawk is set to host a series of breakfast events across the UK as it looks to help brokers identify opportunities in the bridging market during the second half of 2026.
The specialist bridging lender has announced a four-city roadshow programme, with events taking place in Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham and London between 30 June and 8 July.
The breakfast sessions will bring together brokers and lending professionals to examine current market trends and discuss the factors influencing lending activity across the bridging sector.
Glenhawk said the events come at a time when brokers are navigating a market shaped by refinancing activity, refurbishment projects and increased demand from borrowers seeking flexible finance solutions.
Attendees will hear from members of Glenhawk’s senior team and take part in discussions covering market developments, case studies and transaction trends being seen across the bridging market.
The roadshow will begin at Manchester Hall in Manchester on 30 June, before moving to the Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff on 1 July. Further events will take place at Hotel du Vin in Birmingham on 7 July and The Beaumont in London on 8 July.
Each breakfast event will run from 9am to 10.30am.
As an incentive for attending, brokers will receive a one-off rate discount on their next Glenhawk transaction.
Josh Knight, managing director of sales and marketing at Glenhawk, says: “There is an overarching feeling of uncertainty in the market at the moment, but there is still plenty of opportunity for brokers. In market conditions like these, bridging often takes on a different role.
“The brokers we see thriving in the market currently are those who understand where these opportunities exist and how best to structure deals.
“These events are designed to share what we’re seeing on the ground, discuss the trends shaping deal flow, and give brokers practical insight they can take back to their businesses.”
