GB Bank has added its bridging finance proposition to Mortgage Brain’s Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain platforms, giving brokers easier access to its products and lending criteria for specialist cases.
The move enables intermediaries to research and compare GB Bank’s bridging products and criteria through Mortgage Brain’s sourcing technology, helping them assess cases more efficiently and identify suitable lending solutions for complex borrowing requirements.
Alongside bridging finance, GB Bank’s specialist lending range also includes buy-to-let products across residential and semi-commercial property investments. The bank said its proposition is designed to provide a more flexible approach for larger loans and more complex transactions.
Mortgage Brain said its Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain platforms are designed to help brokers speed up product research and criteria searches. Both systems are updated twice daily, providing advisers with access to current product rates and lending criteria.
Neil Wyatt, chief commercial officer at Mortgage Brain, says: “We’re delighted to welcome GB Bank to Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain, giving intermediaries access to another specialist lender through a platform built to make product and criteria research quicker, clearer and more accurate.
“Our focus is on significantly improving the adviser experience by delivering the most reliable data to enable them to best serve their diverse range of clients.
“The online availability of both Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain means that users can access the tools whenever and wherever they need, whether they’re working from the office or meeting with clients.
“And because they’re fully integrated, client details, search inputs, and results are instantly shared across both modules, boosting speed and improving accuracy. Brokers get dependable results every time they search.”
Nick Allen, head of marketing, product & proposition at GB Bank, adds: “GB Bank is a strong fit for brokers and customers who want a bank that can think commercially, act quickly and build solutions around real-world circumstances, and being added to Sourcing and Criteria Brain is an important step in making our proposition more accessible to intermediaries, particularly where brokers are working on larger loans, complex buy-to-let cases or bridging enquiries that need a more flexible approach.”
