GB Bank has been added to Knowledge Bank giving brokers direct access to its lending criteria as demand grows for faster solutions on complex and time-sensitive cases.
The challenger bank is now live on Knowledge Bank’s KB PRO platform, allowing intermediaries to search and filter its offering across buy-to-let and bridging finance. The move is designed to speed up case research and improve access to funding options for larger loans and more complex borrower profiles.
The integration reflects the increasing reliance on criteria sourcing tools as cases become more nuanced. For brokers working in bridging and specialist finance, the ability to quickly identify lender appetite can be critical – particularly where time pressures or structuring challenges limit options.
Knowledge Bank says the platform provides access to more than 1,000 criteria variations, helping brokers assess lender fit with greater certainty and reduce delays in placing cases.
GB Bank operates across residential, semi-commercial and commercial property lending, with a focus on bespoke underwriting for complex scenarios. Its proposition includes lending to UK companies, individuals, offshore structures and foreign nationals, with each case assessed on its merits.
