Brickflow has integrated Sprift’s Key Property Facts reports into its specialist property finance platform, allowing brokers to generate property data reports from within the Brickflow workflow.
The partnership gives brokers access to Sprift property reports in a single click, supporting more detailed funding proposals before cases are submitted to lenders.
The reports cover property information including title numbers, restrictive covenants, floor areas, flood risks, price estimates, 10-year price history, tenure details, planning history, local authority details and EPC ratings.
Brickflow said the integration is intended to reduce the need for brokers to manually search for property information and help identify potential issues earlier in the process.
Sprift provides access to more than 300 data points across more than 30 million properties. The integrated reports are designed to give brokers a structured format for presenting property information and supporting lender due diligence.
Ian Humphreys (pictured), chief executive officer at Brickflow, says: “Lenders move fastest when deals are easy to understand and the risks are well presented.
“By integrating Sprift’s data directly into our platform, we are giving brokers the power to present to their borrowers and lenders like pros.
“It’s about taking the manual work out of property finance and replacing it with speed & certainty, helping our partners secure more customers and grow their pipelines.”
Christian Woodhouse, head of partnerships at Sprift, adds: “Our mission is to make property data more accessible and useful for everyone in the property journey.
“Partnering with Brickflow allows us to bring our comprehensive data into the specialist finance space, helping brokers save time and lenders make better-informed decisions.”
