BDLA adds Together and Nivo to sponsor line-up for annual conference

The Bridging & Development Lenders Association has confirmed an expanded list of sponsors for its 2026 Annual Conference, with Together and Nivo joining a growing roster of supporters ahead of the event in November.

The conference will take place on Wednesday 11 November at the Institute of Directors in London and will bring together lenders, brokers, funders, valuers, legal professionals and other specialist property finance professionals for a programme of keynote speeches, panel discussions and networking.

Strettons has been confirmed as headline sponsor, while Together will sponsor the conference lunch and Nivo will support the speaker programme as speaker sponsor. CG&Co and Results Asset Management have also signed up as sponsors.

The BDLA said the event has attracted strong interest from across the specialist property finance sector, with only four exhibition stands still available.

The conference programme will include keynote addresses from economic commentator Alex Brummer and Rob Elder, agent officer at the Prudential Regulation Authority, alongside panel discussions covering funding markets, capital availability and the future of specialist property finance.

Adam Tyler (pictured), chief executive officer of the BDLA, says: “The response to this year’s conference has been exceptional and we’re delighted to welcome Together and Nivo to our growing family of sponsors, alongside the fantastic support we’ve already received from Strettons, CG&Co and Results Asset Management.

“The breadth of organisations backing the event demonstrates the strength and maturity of the bridging and development finance sector.

“Our Annual Conference has become one of the industry’s flagship events, creating valuable opportunities to collaborate, share ideas and strengthen relationships.”

Tanya Elmaz, managing director of intermediary sales at Together, adds: “We’re delighted to be supporting the BDLA Annual Conference as Lunch Sponsor.

“The event has become one of the key dates in the specialist property finance calendar, bringing together lenders, brokers and industry professionals to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping our market.

“Supporting the conference reflects Together’s long-standing commitment to the specialist lending sector and we’re looking forward to contributing to what promises to be another insightful and valuable event.”

Matthew Elliott, co-founder and chief commercial officer at Nivo, says: “We’re delighted to be supporting this year’s BDLA Annual Conference as Speaker Sponsor.

“Technology, and AI in particular, is generating a huge amount of discussion across the market.

“We’re looking forward to contributing to that conversation as part of the speaker programme, focusing on the practical realities of implementing AI within lending operations, where it can genuinely improve outcomes, and how firms can adopt it in a secure, responsible and commercially meaningful way.

“Supporting the speaker programme reflects our commitment to helping the industry move beyond the hype and towards real-world application.”
