Aspen has added four recruits to its Graduate Recruitment Scheme as the specialist lender continues to build its underwriting, credit and marketing teams.
Cameron Ritchie, Sofia Dantas, Daniel Moore and Harvir Singh have joined the business, taking the total number of people recruited through the scheme to 26.
Ritchie has joined as an underwriter and will also take responsibility for data quality, an area Aspen said would become increasingly important as it prepares for new funding arrangements.
He is a University of Bath graduate and holds a master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Birmingham.
Dantas becomes the first recruit to join Aspen’s marketing team through the graduate scheme. She will work on developing the lender’s marketing activity and brand profile, having graduated from the University of Warwick with a first-class honours degree in Psychology.
Moore and Singh have both been appointed as trainee credit analysts within Aspen’s in-house valuations function. They will work towards RICS accreditations covering residential and commercial valuation methodology.
Moore holds a 2:1 degree in Economics from the University of Bristol and has completed a master’s degree in Project Management at Aston University. Singh graduated from the University of Manchester with a first-class honours degree in Mathematics.
Aspen said a number of previous participants in the scheme have progressed into senior positions within the business, including Saif Khalique, who was recently promoted to director of underwriting.
