Together has appointed Olivia Jones as business development manager as it continues to invest in its below market value (BMV) property finance proposition.
Jones (main picture) joins the lender’s dedicated BMV team, which supports professional property investors and buyers seeking to acquire residential assets below market value using short-term finance solutions.
She brings more than seven years’ experience in the property sector, having started her career with Edward Mellor Estate Agents in Stockport before progressing through a variety of customer-facing and advisory roles.
During her time with the business she held positions including vendor performance manager, relationship manager and mortgage and protection case manager, before qualifying as a mortgage and protection adviser.
FAST AND FLEXIBLE
In her new role, Jones will focus on building relationships with introducers, including estate agents, while supporting investors looking to utilise Together’s BMV lending proposition.
The lender’s BMV offering is designed to provide fast and flexible bridging finance, enabling investors to secure discounted residential property purchases while helping vendors achieve a quick and certain sale.
Jones says: “I caught the property bug early on during my time at Edward Mellor, and I’ve been passionate about the industry ever since.
“Working my way up through the business gave me a really strong grounding in the market, and completing my exams to become a mortgage advisor was a natural next step for me.”
BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
She adds: “I loved being out on the road meeting people at Edward Mellor and that’s something I’m looking forward to continuing in this role.
“Building relationships and really understanding what they’re trying to achieve is the most rewarding part of the role. There is a lot of personal satisfaction in being able to help customers turn their property ambitions into reality.”

Elliot Vure, director of sales, BMV at Together, says: “Olivia brings a fantastic blend of hands-on property experience and advisory knowledge, which makes her a great fit for our team.
“Her progression through the industry demonstrates both her commitment and expertise, and her enthusiasm for supporting customers really stands out.
“We’re delighted to welcome her to Together as we continue to invest in talented people who can deliver the flexible, relationship-led service our customers and introducers value.”
The appointment follows continued investment by Together across its specialist lending divisions as demand for bridging and value-add property finance solutions remains strong.
