Somo has joined Knowledge Bank, giving brokers real-time access to the specialist lender’s bridging and short-term finance criteria.
The integration means intermediaries using the criteria search platform can now search Somo alongside other lenders across the bridging and wider specialist mortgage markets.
Brokers will be able to check whether cases meet Somo’s criteria across products including classic bridging, second charge loans and homeowner business loans.
The lender says the move is intended to make its criteria easier to access and help brokers identify potential solutions for more complex cases without having to search individual lending guides or contact the lender first.
CRITERIA SEARCHABLE IN REAL TIME
Knowledge Bank enables intermediaries to search lending criteria across multiple providers and sectors, helping brokers identify lenders that may consider a particular set of borrower or property circumstances.
Somo’s addition gives brokers another route to establish whether a case potentially fits its proposition before progressing an enquiry.
