Leonard Curtis has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as an associate member, extending the trade body’s links with the professional services sector.
The UK professional services group provides restructuring and insolvency, funding, legal and wider advisory services to business owners, lenders, investors and advisers.
Its teams have specialist experience in the property and construction sectors, alongside work across a range of other industries.
Leonard Curtis recently launched its Property and Construction Quarterly Outlook report, which examines issues and opportunities affecting businesses, lenders and other stakeholders in the sector.
The BDLA represents the interests of bridging and development lenders and their customers. Its membership includes lenders alongside associate firms such as funders, legal practices, valuers, technology providers and other professional services businesses.
