Aldermore has agreed a £5 million block bridging facility with Integer Lending Limited, providing additional funding capacity for the specialist property lender as it expands its UK operations.
The facility will allow Integer to increase lending for property acquisitions and eligible renovation works, supporting the growth of its bridging finance portfolio.
Integer began lending in the UK in 2023 and operates through Integer Investments Europe Ltd and Integer Lending Limited. Its activities include bridging and development finance, alongside direct investment in affordable housing projects.
The business finances a range of property transactions, including auction purchases, refurbishments, blocks of flats, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), conversions and property stabilisation projects.
Aldermore structured the funding arrangement to accommodate Integer’s lending activities and plans to expand its loan book. The agreement establishes a new wholesale funding relationship between the two businesses.
Steve Thorne, business development manager at Aldermore, says: “Integer has built a strong business in a relatively short period of time, backed by an experienced leadership team and clear ambitions for growth.
“We’re pleased to have worked closely with the team to provide a funding solution that supports the next stage of its journey and enables it to continue expanding its lending activities.”
Simon Lefevre, head of wholesale & structured finance at Aldermore, adds: “This transaction reinforces Aldermore’s commitment to supporting both established and emerging businesses across the property sector.
“Integer has developed a strong proposition, focused on supporting property investors and developers while helping address the UK’s housing undersupply.
“By taking the time to understand the team’s plans and ambitions, we were able to structure a funding solution tailored to their needs, providing the flexibility and funding capacity to support their continued growth and help increase access to much needed housing across the UK.”
Cristiano Bellavitis, founder of the Integer group, says: “Securing this £5m facility from Aldermore is an important milestone for Integer.
“As property investors ourselves, we understand the practical pressures borrowers face, from tight completion deadlines and renovation costs to projects that require a tailored approach.
“The facility will enable us to support more property investors and broker partners, expand our lending capacity and broaden our product offering over time.
“Aldermore’s understanding of specialist lending gives us a strong platform to grow while retaining the speed, flexibility and disciplined underwriting that differentiate Integer.”
