Together adds £200m to bridging securitisation facility

Together Financial Services has increased its LABS securitisation programme from £1bn to £1.2bn, providing additional funding capacity for its bridging products.

The revolving Lakeside facility, known as LABS, primarily supports the lender’s regulated and unregulated bridging activity.

It is backed by existing lenders BNP Paribas, Lloyds Bank and National Westminster Bank.

LABS was launched in 2015 as a £255m revolving securitisation facility and has since been increased four times. It was previously expanded to £1bn in November 2024.

Chris Adams, chief financial officer at Together, says: “This further upsizing of LABS reflects the continued confidence of our long-standing banking partners in Together’s platform, performance and disciplined growth strategy.

“The increased facility provides additional capacity to support demand across our bridging products, while preserving the strong commercial terms and maturity profile of the programme.”

Together’s funding structure includes 13 public mortgage-backed securitisations, eight private securitisation facilities, secured notes and a revolving credit facility.

The lender has raised or refinanced more than £2.1bn of facilities across five transactions so far this calendar year, including LABS.

Together expects to announce its results for the year ended 30 June 2026 on 17 September 2026.
