StreamBank expands lending team

StreamBank has appointed two sales coordinators, promoted an internal sales manager and made several strategic changes across its lending division.

Halimah Nawaz (main picture, left) and Kellan Allison (main picture, right) join as sales co-ordinators, expanding the lender’s internal sales capacity and providing day-to-day support to brokers and business development managers.

Both report to Robyn Noble, who is promoted to internal sales team manager from her previous position as business development executive.

The changes form part of StreamBank’s investment in its people and service proposition, with a focus on providing brokers with consistent support from initial enquiry through to completion.

SALES AND UNDERWRITING LINKS STRENGTHEN

Amy Robinson moves from her role as business development manager into underwriting.

StreamBank says the move strengthens collaboration between its sales and credit functions and supports faster decision-making on cases.

Following Robinson’s move, Katie Wild takes responsibility for the Midlands, Wales and West region as Business Development Manager. She brings existing broker relationships and experience of the territory to the position.

Robyn Noble, internal sales team manager at StreamBank, says: “Both Halimah and Kellan bring great enthusiasm, a strong customer focus and a genuine passion for supporting our brokers.

“Their appointments represent an important step in our continued investment in service excellence and will enable us to provide even greater levels of support, responsiveness and consistency to our intermediary partners.”

BROKER COMMUNICATION PRIORITISED

Halimah Nawaz adds: “What has stood out to me since joining StreamBank is how much value is placed on communication. Brokers need to know where a case stands, what happens next and who they can speak to if they need help.

“Even small updates can make a real difference when time is tight, so I’m looking forward to being someone brokers can rely on to keep things moving and make the process as straightforward as possible.”

Allison says: “Every case has its own story and every broker has their own way of working, so taking the time to understand both is really important.

“Good service isn’t just about answering questions quickly. It’s about being proactive, solving problems early and making it easier for brokers to do business with us. That’s the approach I want to bring to the role.”
