Shawbrook Bank and Aldermore Bank have renewed their combined multi-million-pound funding lines with bridging finance lender SDKA.
The long-term relationships began in 2019 and 2021 respectively and have supported SDKA’s development in the bridging market.
SDKA said the facilities had enabled it to provide greater flexibility on cases outside standard criteria, as well as supporting the launch of new products.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the lender launched its Bridge To Term and Automated Valuation Models proposition. It is now looking at further routes for diversification in 2026 as it continues to expand its offering to brokers and borrowers.
