Colenko has appointed Cameron Linnell as business development manager for the North as it seeks to strengthen its relationships with brokers across the region.
Linnell (pictured) has more than a decade of experience in real estate finance, spanning underwriting and sales.
He began his career at NatWest before moving into specialist finance, holding roles at Avamore Capital and, most recently, Albatross Lending Group, where he focused on the North of England.
In his new role, Linnell will work with brokers, introducers and property professionals seeking bridging, refurbishment and development finance.
