Castle Trust Bank has expanded its bridging range with new refurbishment products, lower pricing and changes intended to speed up case processing.
The lender has introduced Light Refurbishment Sale Exit products for property investors whose planned exit is the sale of the refurbished property.
It has also reduced pricing on selected Light and Heavy Refurbishment products for borrowers purchasing and improving properties.
Eligible Light Refurbishment cases will qualify for a valuation fee refund of up to £750 on completion.
Castle Trust Bank has also aligned dedicated case managers with underwriters in an effort to provide faster and more streamlined processing.
Anna Lewis, commercial director at Castle Trust Bank, said: “Bridging is a market where speed, flexibility and certainty can make a real difference, so we are continually looking at how we can make our proposition work harder for brokers and their clients.
“These latest enhancements combine greater product choice and more competitive pricing with a valuable incentive and further improvements to the way we process cases.
“Aligning dedicated case managers with our underwriters will help us maintain momentum throughout an application and provide brokers with the support they need to get cases moving quickly.
“There’s a lot to talk about across the new range, so I’d encourage brokers to speak to their BDM about the changes and discuss how we can support their individual cases.
“And we’re not stopping here. We have more enhancements in the pipeline that we look forward to sharing soon.”
