Aria Finance has joined Mortgage Brain’s Sourcing Brain platform as a packager, extending its reach to thousands of intermediaries handling specialist property finance cases.
The appointment gives the specialist finance broker access to Sourcing Brain’s network of more than 15,000 users, allowing it to support a broader range of brokers seeking solutions for complex lending requirements.
For the bridging market, the move provides intermediaries using the platform with direct access to Aria Finance’s expertise across bridging loans and development finance, alongside its wider specialist mortgage offering.
Aria Finance was created through the merger of Enterprise Finance and Vantage Finance in 2022, bringing together more than 20 years of experience in specialist lending. In addition to bridging and development finance, the business supports brokers with buy-to-let mortgages, first charge mortgages, second charge mortgages and commercial mortgages.
The integration follows a series of updates to Sourcing Brain during 2025, including a redesigned user interface and faster search results designed to help brokers dealing with more complicated cases.
