Time Finance has appointed Ria Seward as a relationship manager in its invoice finance division, based in the lender’s Reading office.
Seward (pictured) will manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the day-to-day running of their invoice finance facilities, while also focusing on risk management, client satisfaction and retention.
She joins with nearly 14 years of experience in the sector. Seward began her career at Ultimate Finance, where she spent four years as a credit controller before moving into a relationship manager role for nine years.
Before joining Time Finance, she worked at Paragon Banking Group as an invoice finance account manager.
The appointment adds to Time Finance’s invoice finance team as the lender continues to build out its client-facing support functions.
Seward says: “I’m really excited to be joining Time Finance. It’s great to be part of an independent lender that looks beyond a simple yes or no and genuinely takes the time to understand the businesses it supports.
“I’m looking forward to getting started, building strong relationships with my clients, and providing the support they need to help their businesses grow.”
Charlotte Wall, head of relationship management (south), adds: “We’re delighted to welcome Ria to the Time Invoice Finance team. With her experience and relationship management skills, she will play a key role in supporting our clients and maintaining the high levels of service we pride ourselves on.
“Ria’s approach aligns perfectly with our values as a people-first independent lender, and we’re confident she will make a significant contribution as we continue to grow and strengthen our client relationships.”
