The Right Loan posts record year as introducer payouts jump 22%

The Right Loan has reported record business results for 2025 with the bridging and second-charge advice arm delivering its highest-ever commission intake and a significant uplift in introducer payments.

The advisory business, part of The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, confirmed that 2025 marked its strongest calendar year to date.

Over the period, The Right Loan achieved its largest commission value on record, alongside a 22% year-on-year increase in payments made to introducers.

The Right Loan provides bridging and second-charge loan advice through a central team of advisers dealing directly with clients.

REFERRAL PARTNER

It also acts as a referral partner to member firms within the wider TRM Group while accepting referrals from across the intermediary market.

Bridging and second-charge clients introduced via advisers within the network generated average total commission payments of just over £3,800 per case.

The largest single case completed during the year was valued at just under £700,000, producing a commission of more than £13,800 for the introducing broker.

RECORD COMMISSION LEVELS

Sam Clark (main picture, inset), director of The Right Loan, says: “2025 was a very strong year for The Right Loan and these results show that clearly.

“We saw record commission levels into the business and a solid rise in payments made back to introducers.

“That growth came from a focus on delivering quality, clear advice, and supporting advisers who need a trusted place to refer more complex second-charge and bridging enquiries.

“What matters most to us is advisers feel confident referring clients.”

“What matters most to us is advisers feel confident referring clients, knowing the outcome will be good for them and for the customer.

“We expect demand for this type of advice to remain strong, and our focus in 2026 is on building further capacity, keeping standards high, and continuing to reward introducers fairly.”
