Eligibility
The prize draw is open to all Mortgage Brokers only, who are i aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.
Entry requirements
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the designated survey. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
Closing date
All entries must be received by 11:59 pm GMT on the closing date specified in the survey invitation. Entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.
Prize
The prize is as stated in the survey invitation. No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable.
Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the survey’s closing date. The draw will be conducted by Bridging Soup or its representatives, and the decision will be final.
Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Bridging Soup reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Publicity
By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity relating to the prize draw, including their name and general location being published in connection with the promotion.
Data protection
Any personal information provided will be used in accordance with Bridging Soup’s privacy policy. Your details will only be used for the purposes of administering this prize draw unless you have opted in to receive further communications.
Limitation of liability
Bridging Soup accepts no responsibility for any technical issues or any other issues that may prevent an individual from entering the prize draw.
General
Bridging Soup reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
