SDKA has appointed James Holehouse as its sixth customer-facing underwriter, strengthening its underwriting capacity ahead of anticipated growth in 2026.
In his new role, Holehouse (pictured) will work with brokers and direct applicants from initial enquiry through to completion.
His responsibilities will also include liaising with surveyors and legal professionals to ensure transactions are delivered in line with agreed requirements and timeframes.
Holehouse joins SDKA from Salboy, where he held the position of development manager from January 2018. He will report to Alex Swan, deputy head of underwriting at SDKA.
