Reim Capital has appointed Oliver Foskett as chief operating officer and Marcus Dussard as sales director, as the specialist lender signals the next stage of its growth plans.
The twin appointments see Foskett join from Whitehall Capital and Dussard arrive from KSEYE, adding operational and distribution firepower to the firm’s senior team.
Foskett (pictured, right) brings more than 15 years’ experience across capital markets and specialist lending.
He began his career in stockbroking before moving into senior operational roles at Willis Towers Watson and Century Capital, and most recently served as chief operating officer at Whitehall Lending.
His background spans lending operations, funding line structuring, investor relations, regulatory compliance and financial infrastructure.
He has led organisations through periods of expansion, overseeing audits and managing complex loan books while working alongside boards and external stakeholders.
Reim Capital said his appointment is intended to support the company’s internal and external operations as it prepares for further development.
Dussard (pictured, left) joins the specialist bridging lender with more than 20 years’ experience in the UK specialist finance and property lending markets.
He previously held senior leadership roles at Hampshire Trust Bank, where he spent four years as sales director leading the specialist mortgage sales team, and at Castle Trust Bank, where he spent more than seven years and rose to the role of sales director.
During his time at Castle Trust Bank, he was involved in expanding intermediary distribution and product reach as the lender established itself in the market.
Earlier in his career, Dussard worked in fund and asset management, including a period at Old Mutual Asset Managers as a business development manager covering London and the South East.
Reim Capital said his experience of broker partnerships and sales strategy would support the firm’s ambitions in the specialist lending space.
