RAW Capital Partners has joined the lending panel of Brickflow, expanding the platform’s short-term funding options for brokers and borrowers.
The move gives users of the digital marketplace access to RAW’s full range of short-term residential property loans, including facilities of up to £4m, terms of up to two years and a maximum loan-to-value of 70%.
The Guernsey-based lender, which has a decade-long track record in financing foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK residential property, broadened its proposition in December 2025 to include UK residents.
RAW provides bridging on completed or near-completed residential assets across the UK, lending to private individuals, trusts and corporate structures.
Founded in 2018, Brickflow operates as a digital marketplace for specialist property finance, enabling brokers to source and compare bridging, development and commercial products via a single online system.
CASE-BY-CASE UNDERWRITING

Tim Parkes, CEO of RAW Capital Partners, says: “Our proposition is built on providing flexible, case-by-case underwriting for borrowers whose circumstances may fall outside standard criteria.
“That approach aligns well with Brickflow’s focus on improving access to specialist property finance through a streamlined digital marketplace.
“We look forward to working with Brickflow’s members and supporting their clients with complex financing needs, ensuring that they can place cases with confidence and efficiency.”
GREATER FLEXIBILITY

Glenn Franklin-Jones, director of lender Relations at Brickflow, adds: “The addition of RAW Capital Partners further strengthens the short-term funding options available on the platform, giving brokers greater flexibility when structuring deals.
“Their strong track record with international borrowers adds valuable depth to our lending panel, while their recently launched UK product range expands the breadth of solutions accessible through Brickflow. We’re delighted to welcome them to the platform.”
