Lorenzo Satchell joins StreamBank as national account director

StreamBank has appointed Lorenzo Satchell as national account director reporting to Roz Cawood, managing director of property finance.

Satchell joins with a strong track record across the specialist finance market, following senior roles at Capitalrise, Hampshire Trust Bank and Together.

He has worked closely with brokers and internal teams throughout his career, building a clear understanding of how to support complex cases in time-sensitive markets.

Before joining StreamBank, Satchell held senior sales leadership positions within bridging finance. He was involved in proposition development, team leadership and strengthening broker relationships nationwide.

BRIDGING AND DEVELOPMENT

His appointment comes as StreamBank continues to grow its property finance offering across bridging and development finance.

This year, StreamBank is focused on deepening broker relationships and building on the distribution partnerships formed in 2025, as it continues to strengthen its position as a service-driven bridging lender.

SERVICE-LED APPROACH

Satchell (main picture, inset right) said: “I’m delighted to be joining StreamBank at such an exciting stage in its growth. The bank has built a strong reputation in a short period of time for delivering a genuinely service-led approach to property finance, and that aligns closely with my own experience of supporting brokers with complex, time sensitive cases.

“I’m very much looking forward to working closely with Roz and the wider team to deepen broker relationships, build on the momentum of our distribution partners and help further strengthen StreamBank’s proposition across bridging and development finance.”

CLEAR UNDERSTANDING

Cawood (main picture, inset, left), added: “I’m delighted to welcome Lorenzo to StreamBank. He brings deep experience across specialist finance and a clear understanding of how brokers work in fast-moving markets.

“His appointment reflects our continued focus on service and relationships.

“Following the product changes made last year, our priority this year is to support brokers with clear products, quick decisions and a consistent, hands-on approach.”
