Lomond has appointed Hannah Farmer as managing director of Lomond Investment Management, as the lettings and estate agency network looks to build on recent growth in its residential portfolio business.
Lomond, one of the UK’s largest lettings and estate agency networks, has confirmed that Farmer will head up Lomond Investment Management, the group’s specialist division overseeing and optimising residential rental assets for institutional and private clients.
Farmer (pictured) joins with senior leadership experience across the property sector. She previously held roles at CBRE Global Workspace Solutions, where she was responsible for large and complex property portfolios and the delivery of integrated facilities management services across the UK public and private sectors.
More recently, she operated in a global leadership capacity, managing operational performance, governance and health and safety across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
Lomond said her background leading multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing large-scale operations would support the division’s next phase of development.
Lomond Investment Management operates across the UK and is responsible for leasing and managing portfolios including single-family housing, build-to-rent, receivership and distressed assets, developments and private portfolios.
Over the past two years, the division has doubled the size of its portfolio under management organically, prompting team expansion in London, Manchester and Exeter.
