Hope Capital rolls out Dual+ bridging to meet urgent completion demand

Hope Capital Property Finance has launched Dual+, a residential bridging product aimed at transactions with tight completion deadlines.

The specialist lender said the new product is designed for borrowers seeking fast and reliable funding across residential purchases, refinances, capital raises and light cosmetic works.

Dual+ is available at 75% loan-to-value, priced from 0.79%, and supports terms from three to 12 months.

To underpin the launch, Hope Capital Property Finance has established a dedicated packaging team intended to accelerate cases from initial enquiry through to approval.

UNDERWRITING

Key elements of the underwriting process, including the valuation, are carried out at enquiry stage, allowing decisions to be made earlier and providing greater certainty around completion.

Once a case moves into underwriting, the lender instructs solicitors through established relationships operating under dual representation.

Hope Capital Property Finance says this approach is intended to deliver quicker turnaround times, reduce costs and streamline the legal process for borrowers.

The Dual+ proposition is available on loans up to £500,000 and is restricted to cosmetic, non-structural refurbishment works. The product is offered across England and Wales, includes full title insurance and does not require an upfront legal undertaking.

Cases must qualify for an instant valuation and benefit from electronic know-your-customer and anti-money laundering checks.
