Hope Capital returns to NACFB as patron after Expo response

Hope Capital Property Finance has rejoined the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers as a patron, citing broker interest generated at last year’s Commercial Finance Expo.

The specialist lender said its return to the trade body followed its appearance at the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo 2025, where it launched its Commercial Conversions Product.

The product is aimed at investors seeking to convert underused commercial space into semi-commercial or residential property, and Hope Capital said feedback from brokers at the event helped shape its decision to rejoin.

Kim Parker (pictured), director of lending operations and commercial strategy at Hope Capital Property Finance, says: “We saw real appetite for our Commercial Conversions Product, and becoming a patron again allows us to build on that momentum.

“We’re excited to reconnect with members and introduce our offering to brokers we’ve not worked with before.”

Jim Higginbotham, chief executive at the NACFB, adds: “We’re delighted to welcome back Hope Capital Property Finance. Their decision to rejoin demonstrates the breadth of opportunity our members offer lenders operating across the commercial finance sphere.

“We’re looking forward to working closely with the Hope team to ensure that their patronage is maximised, and crucially, they continue to deepen their connection with our brokers.”
