Glenhawk has completed a regulated bridging loan in just five working days to rescue a borrower’s dream home purchase after contracts had already been exchanged.
The client was facing a pressing completion deadline, putting the transaction at risk. Broker Pure Funding Solutions approached Glenhawk to deliver the funds at pace, confident the lender could meet the tight timeframe.
Glenhawk instructed an automated valuation model (AVM) and worked closely with both sets of solicitors to keep communication flowing throughout the process. The lender underwrote the case, issued the formal offer and completed within five working days, allowing the borrower to meet the deadline and secure the property.
