Glenhawk has appointed Harry Pleasance as business development manager for Surrey, Kent and the South Coast as the short-term bridging lender looks to expand its intermediary coverage in the region.
Pleasance (pictured) joins with more than 12 years of experience in specialist lending.
He will be responsible for developing new relationships with brokers across the south, while also supporting existing intermediary partners already working with Glenhawk.
The lender said the appointment follows strong demand from intermediaries.
