Brilliant Solutions has promoted Ivan Vizor to sales director as the mortgage club and specialist mortgage distributor continues to grow faster than the wider market.
The appointment follows a period of strong momentum for the business, which outperformed the market throughout 2025 as it expanded its broker relationships and distribution footprint.
Vizor’s promotion recognises his role in driving that growth and strengthening ties across the intermediary community.
Vizor (main picture) joined Brilliant Solutions in 2019 and has been closely involved in the firm’s expansion over the past six years.
The company says his leadership style and focus on broker outcomes have helped both shape its culture and also commercial trajectory, particularly during a period of heightened competition in mortgage distribution.
