Brilliant Group has added Scroll Finance to the secured loans panel of its specialist master broker business Brilliant Loans.
The move brings Scroll Finance’s buy-to-let second charge range and technology-led platform to Brilliant’s adviser base, expanding the options available for complex property investment and capital-raising scenarios.
Brilliant Loans operates alongside Brilliant Group’s other brands, including Brilliant Solutions and Brilliant Money, and focuses exclusively on secured lending.
The addition of Scroll Finance enhances support for advisers working with landlords seeking flexible borrowing structures outside the mainstream market.
Through the partnership, advisers gain access to Scroll’s Neo digital platform and a range of buy-to-let second charge products designed to deliver faster outcomes and improved certainty for borrowers.

MULTI-PROPERTY LOANS
Key features available to Brilliant intermediaries include competitive pricing from 7.05%, fixed and variable options with interest-only terms, support for individual and limited company or SPV applicants and lending for both portfolio and non-portfolio landlords.
The range also includes multi-property loans across up to 10 properties, an optional Home Equity Line of Credit add-on for staged drawdowns, and a “Flexi-Fixed” feature that allows the second charge fixed rate to align with the remaining fixed term on the first charge mortgage.
