Brickflow joins BDLA as associate member

Brickflow has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as an associate member.

The digital marketplace, which connects brokers and borrowers with development finance, bridging loans and commercial mortgages, has been built by a team of former developers, brokers, borrowers and lenders. It is designed to improve transparency, speed and decision-making across the specialist property finance market.

Brickflow’s addition takes the BDLA’s total membership past 100 organisations, including 55 lender members with a combined loan book of more than £13bn.

The BDLA remains the UK’s only trade body dedicated solely to representing the interests of bridging and development lenders and their customers.

Adam Tyler (main picture), CEO of the BDLA, says: “Technology now plays a central role in how specialist property finance is sourced and delivered and platforms, like Brickflow,  improve clarity, speed and decision-making are becoming part of how the market works day to day, helping to deliver improved outcomes for brokers and their clients.

“We’re pleased to welcome Brickflow as an Associate Member of the BDLA – their focus on transparency and efficiency supports the standards we promote across the sector.”
