Brickflow has supported regional housebuilder Purple Pepper Homes in securing more than £36m of development finance across three residential schemes in the South of England.
The company acts as a link between specialist lenders, brokers and developers, helping capital reach residential schemes contributing to UK housing delivery.
The funding, arranged via a broker using Brickflow’s digital marketplace, will support projects in Haywards Heath, Hastings and Southampton, unlocking the delivery of 222 new homes.
The borrower, led by founder Pierre Lombaard, specialises in design-led housing across regional markets and is currently operating multiple live sites as part of an expanding pipeline.
Brickflow says the transactions demonstrate how technology-enabled funding channels are helping experienced developers source and structure development finance more efficiently.
GAME-CHANGER
Pierre Lombaard (main picture), founder of Purple Pepper Homes, says: “The software has been a total game-changer for our business. We’ve secured over £36m in development finance using it.
“Our debt adviser can instantly show us the whole market, leaving us in no doubt that we’re getting the best loan solution for each project.
“I’d never go back to the old way of trying to source funding.”
The funding supports three construction programmes and reflects growing use of digital infrastructure by brokers and developers to navigate lender criteria, compare pricing and identify appropriate structures.
CRITICAL ROLE

Frazer Campbell, CRO and co-founder of Brickflow, says: “Regional housebuilders like Purple Pepper Homes play a critical role in delivering housing across towns and cities where demand remains strong.
“Supporting £36m of funding across three residential schemes in Haywards Heath, Hastings and Southampton – delivering 222 homes – shows how digital platforms can directly support housing supply on the ground.”
