Brickflow has partnered with rent advance provider Factored to widen access to short-term liquidity for brokers and landlords.
The digital property finance platform has added Factored to its network of professional partners, giving users access to funding that can be delivered within 24 hours.
The move is intended to complement existing lending options available through the platform, particularly for landlords seeking smaller, short-term injections of capital.
Factored offers advances of up to £50,000, aimed primarily at landlords who receive rental income monthly but require funds upfront. The product is designed to sit alongside more traditional forms of property finance, providing additional flexibility where timing gaps arise.
Use cases include property refurbishment, business expansion, EPC upgrades and maintaining cashflow during refinancing. The product is positioned as a short-term solution, particularly where landlords are waiting for longer-term finance to complete.
Funding is typically delivered within 24 hours and structured around a single transparent fee based on the advance amount. The firm, which operates solely in the UK, has been trading for just over three years. Introducing brokers can also earn commission through the offering.
The addition of Factored reflects Brickflow’s wider strategy of expanding the range of funding and professional services available through its platform, as it looks to respond to changing broker and borrower requirements.
Frazer Campbell, chief revenue officer at Brickflow, says: “Brickflow is committed to building out tools and funding options for brokers and borrowers.
“Factored introduces an innovative offering that works alongside traditional property finance and can be particularly useful for landlords managing cash flow or waiting for refinancing.”
Ben Schuldenfrei (pictured), co-founder of Factored, adds: “We’re excited to partner with Brickflow, whose presence in the UK keeps growing, and bring our rent advance solution to a wider network of brokers and landlords across the UK.
“Our goal is to provide fast, simple access to capital that helps property professionals keep projects moving.”
