Brickflow adds Pallas Capital to specialist lending panel

Brickflow has added Pallas Capital to its lender panel, giving brokers using the platform access to the lender’s development and bridging finance products.

The move follows Pallas Capital’s UK launch in January and broadens Brickflow’s specialist finance offering across residential, commercial and mixed-use property transactions.

Through the platform, brokers will be able to access Pallas Capital’s development finance products for loans from £1m to £35m, with up to 70% LTGDV and support across a range of asset classes. The lender said its proposition includes flexibility on borrower experience and a flat credit structure designed to support quicker decisions.

Brickflow said the addition would also give brokers access to Pallas Capital’s bridging products, with facilities ranging from £250,000 to £35m and up to 75% LTV. The lender’s appetite spans residential, commercial and mixed-use property, as well as land with planning.

Pallas Capital said its approach is based on case-by-case underwriting, with an emphasis on speed, transparency and certainty of execution.

Glenn Franklin-Jones (main picture), director of lender relations at Brickflow, says: “We’re delighted to welcome Pallas Capital to Brickflow, following their UK launch in January.

“Their flexible approach to both development and bridging finance, combined with a strong funding base and global track record, makes them an excellent addition to the platform.

“Pallas Capital’s focus on building long-term broker relationships aligns closely with our own values, and we’re excited to provide brokers with seamless access to their products through Brickflow.”

Anna Thompson, originator at Pallas Capital, adds: “Pallas Capital is a modern, flexible lender with a commitment to expanding our offering to as many brokers as possible. Brickflow allows us to do just that.

“We received our first lead on day one of going live on the platform – an early indicator that this is a promising partnership.

“Our aim to act with integrity and quickly build a reputation for deliverability. We are excited to work with Brickflow as part of our journey.”

Brickflow said the partnership forms part of its wider push to increase the range of funding options available to brokers through a single digital platform.
